Day 3 of calling my Chase branch and no one will answer the phone. Why do they even have a phone?

Came into this location to talk to about some investment opportunities. As soon as i walked in I was greeted and assisted towards a private office. The lady who helped me was very friendly, sweet, personable, and informative. She was able to answer all my questions and provided me with all the information J needed.
