This review is ONLY for that security guard today, opens the door for the customers and literally looks out for the customers.. I can’t speak on the employees there because I don’t need their help.

I cannot believe this location does not have a notary. Suggesting that I go to UPS is costs money is unacceptable. This Chase bank is the closest to my job. I'm so disappointed.

Visited today and tried to go to the drive thru ( I had two small children in the car with me) and both lanes were closed . It is very Inconvenient not to mention this isn’t the first time this bank has disappointed me . I agree with others about how useless this bank is.

We just met with Ravi at this Chase location to open a new account for my son. Ravi was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The branch seems quite limited though and not very consumer friendly. As strange as it sounds, this office can not accept cash on deposit without utilizing an ATM machine. This seems bizarre to me and not convenient at all. I realize that our world is heading more and more cashless over time but having a bank branch that is unable to transact in cash is ridiculous.

This place is worthless. Can't deposit coins. Self help machines don't read all bills. A bank that CANT DO BANKING. The human interface is dead.Used to be a terrific chase bank, then they renovated for the worse. Don't go if you feel like actually banking

I would have given negative rating to Daniel Dilone if google allows me. I had appointment with him, he did not meet me when I visited bank . I wasted my time and he did not pick the call. I talked to the lady ,she said he can not meet you as he is busy. I am not able to understand that why he has given me appointment when he was not available. I am really very disappointed with his behavior. Bank should hire good professionals.

***NOT A BANK***This is an ATM! I walked in and was told bank tellers do not work there.

Do not waste your time. The ATMs are never in service. Drive thru ATM is always down on the weekends then the door never opens for accessing the ATM in the building.

For crying out loud, Jammie, what are folks doing! Been a Sapphire banking client for several years now and Chase has, without a doubt the worst service I've experienced in 40 years of banking. Walk into PNC and Suntrust and there's someone to talk to. With you guys, you're lucky to get an appointment (and then you're lucky if the person you're supposed to be meeting or talking with actually follows through). God forbid you have to reschedule: sorry, dude wait another week. I've had it.
