We decided to stop here since we are on vacation and were able to come during core bank hours, measier than back at home. We had to wait for an associate or agent in the Chase Private Client area to open an additional checking account. They have two tellers and someone for directing you to the right area. Sounds like they have a staffing issue here for the customers. The one guy to talk to for accounts was busy and on the phone. We would have been better off to get an appointment, took a long while to wait for the one employee working accounts. Be prepared to wait about 17+ minutes for a walk-up appointment. There's a $2k minimum for this particular account in the second month. First month is free and no minimum required.

I have been trying to get my POA approved for 2 weeks now and no one will return phone call or emails at this branch. They told me it would take 2 days. It is very frustrating.

I came in yesterday to ask questions on a money order and if depositing it (needed the money for moving expenses, previously got the order to pay my apartment). The teller said it would be available upon depositing. They seemed to be disinterested in helping me, answering my questions and all together annoyed. Once she completed my deposit, she told me it wouldn't be available until the 18th. I needed the funds available either right away or before the 14th (my lease starts the 15th and I needed to pay my moving truck the 14th). She wrote a number for me to call to tell them to remove the hold. As of now, I am facing to lose my apartment because I was instructed and informed incorrectly by the teller/rep. The deposit department cannot help me to get my deposit hold removed. I have been on the phone with the customer service department and deposit department all day (on hold). If I had been correctly instructed or had the transaction of the deposit reversed, I would of just cashed it and then deposited. I'm paycheck to paycheck and facing extreme uncertainty due to this lack of care and incompetence to help a customer.

This bank branch is so ghetto. No class, no couth. it's the epitome of what Atlanta is becoming. Bank tellers so classless. I was told I had to come inside the bank from the drive thru by teller Janel R, because I had a large amount of bills, when I have this a million times. Just pathetic. All the bank tellers were young, ghetto, and classless, talking about ghetto derogatory stuff while I'm the bank. Not professional at all

Just opened an account online this morning, went to this branch to deposit some cash in my new account, 4241 Roswell Rd NE today, pulled up in the second drive through lane and was ignored, someone else up in the other lane and they were immediately helped. Not a good start to this relationship

Why are you "open" if there's not a banker available? I didn't drive to the bank to make small talk with the lady at the desk. Drove all the way over here and got told to come back tomorrow because there wasn't a banker working. Absurd.

Poor customer service from some employees of this branch! In all fairness, John who helped us with opening an account was super helpful but after today's transaction with another employee, I'm not going back to this branch.

John the private Business consultant made all the effort I needed today. He went the extra mile, which I greatly appreciated.
