I walked into the bank upset because my account was closed. I had three direct deposits set to that account and one deposit was going to hit in two days. Jack McCoy bank associate was very helpful getting me set up with new account. Tiffany the branch manager was friendly as well. Everyone greeted me and validated my parking. Great customer service.

I guess Private Client isn’t what it used to be. I walked in with my husband to be added to the bank account and was informed that we couldn’t be seen today. I guess it’s time to move our money elsewhere.

If ever there was a bank you wanted to be looking out for you it is Chase Bank. I was alerted by Chase Bank credit card dept. that I have a fraudulent charge on my card via my email account wanting to know if I recognize or made the charge that was showing up. What they decided was to issue new cards because the account has been compromised so I’m waiting for new cars to come but they were on top of it before I even discovered it to let me know that something was going on so I really appreciate their business as I give them as much as I possibly can.

One would expect a bank to have adequate funds to meet the basic needs of its customers, especially during normal business hours. Not this one! Upon entering the branch, I had search for an employee. I found a young black female "banker," and stated that I wanted to make a withdrawal, and the amount. Clueless, she wasted my time by directing me to use the inside ATM, assuring me the machine could handle the withdrawal. When the transaction was denied, she referred me to the very small and *well-hidden* teller desk. Head teller told me the transaction was denied b/c those machines have a $3,000 limit. She then stated that they didn't have enough money at the bank to honor my extremely *modest* withdrawal request. When I complained that this was an unacceptable lapse in service for a financial institution, especially for such a high-profile Buckhead branch, I was admonished to come earlier in the day next time. Poorly managed branch and poorly trained employees. You have been warned!

Every Friday the whole branch is basically empty. There's like one customer service rep. It's like a 3.5 day work week for them.
