My husband and I travelled out of the way to visit this branch, the reviews don’t lie. This branch has the best service we’ve experienced at a Chase bank! Nekolle is amazing and the facility is spacious and clean.

Easily one of the most dysfunctional drive-thru ATMs in the upper west side. The location isn’t ideal either. When the ATM inevitably malfunctions in some unique way—like the display being too zoomed in—you’ll either have to park, or go around the building a second time for a drive-thru teller. But watch out for the maniacs barreling through the parking lot for Dunkin next door. The people inside are nice and helpful and the indoor ATM is usually functional, but Chase needs to do better with the outside ATM.

Extremely incompetent try another branch. This branch is the worst they sit around doing nothing but when they have to work no one knows how to do anything. THE WORST if I could leave negative stars I would!

Jarvetta was such a great help today. She helped me out with replacing an expired card and even helped me set up Google Pay so I could access my money right away, since the card had to come in the mail. She really went above and beyond for someone who was in a stressful situation. Amazing customer service.

Having an outgoing voicemail message that says you're too busy to talk to me so I should call back some other time is not an effective way to get new customers to come do business at your bank.

New Branch. Shiny, Clean and Friendly. Drive thru ATM is great.
