Shamari Watkins, Chase Relationship Manager, deserves major kudos. He patiently helped me through a myriad of business account migration issues resulting from our bank being acquired by Chase. Calling multiple departments on our behalf (with very long hold times and multiple transfers) and persistently searching for, and finding solutions for us, he went above and beyond. Despite this taking several hours, he kept asking if there was anything else he could help fix for us so we could quickly get back to business as usual. We’re so appreciative for Shamari’s thoughtful advocacy and creative problem solving!

My wife and I made an appointment with Shamari Watkin. We arrived on time and Mr. Watkins saw us immediately. We were opening a bank account and applying for Chase credit cards.
Mr Watkins was knowledgeable and proficient in accomplishing these matters. He was also personable, courteous and professional, great experience all the way around.

Friend’s car was broken into in the Chase parking lot.Visited the bank four times asking for security footage of the incident.On the fourth visit, I finally found the branch manager who said company policy was to refuse to share anything unless formally subpoenaed by the police.Even though the bank doesn’t accept liability for their parking lot (totally fine), it seems illogical to me that they’d want to encourage crime via their lackadaisical stance towards premises security.3.1 out of 10 security score for this location.

Just left this location and I was stereotype by the light skin gentleman about withdrawing my personal funds . Ms. William was able to take care of all my needs. A banker watched me get in my car and pull off . Don’t do any business account , loan , open up account here if you want to be profiled. I don’t feel valued as a chase customer.

We made an appointment for a specific time and a Chase representative called a few days before to confirm the appointment. After arriving on time the representative was busy with other customers for another 40 minutes and it took a while to find another representative to help with a simple problem we needed help with. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait an hour to get help in an empty bank?On the bright side, everyone was extremely polite.

The cashier Mani or whatever her name stole $10 from me in my face. When cashing my check she stated nothing. If I was going to be robbed on a Saturday I would’ve just took a picture and added to my account. Since it was a chase check didn’t think it would be an issue to cash a check boy was I wrong. Update your policy so that your employers that don’t know nothing can’t steal from anyone else. Highly disappointed

Absolutely terrible customer service - Jorge was rude, dismissive and completely wasted our time. I will be using a different location or transferring to a new bank.

Made appt with David to open a checking and savings. David got me set up quickly and even registered me for a new account bonus they were offering at the time.

Had booked an appointment through the app with Mr. Delfi and when I showed up the other employees informed me that he had not come in that day. No correspondence to the client and no notification to cancel the appointment. What a joke of a bank branch.
