  I walked in, explained my issue with another branch concerning customer service/support and Ms.Jackie completely washed away the bad experience from the Downtown Peachtree branch! Welcoming service & highly assertive, thank you! I’ll definitely be opening an account at this location next paycheck!

  Very hospitable bank. Didn't make an appointment to open a bank account, but they went out their way to accommodate me, many of them asked me questions on how can they help.Martin is very helpful and friendly and guided through the process of opening an account, explaining things I didn't know.

  Martin was of excellent help. Made the process smooth and hurdle free unlike other nearby chase branches.
