The ATM always down you go to the door of the bank to use your card to get in it doesn’t work it’s been like that for at least four months. I don’t even know why they stay open it’s crazy the worst Bank ever we have to wait until they open ?

I paid a contractor with a check for some work he did. He went to my bank to cash it and they made him call me and required I come to the bank to verify they should cash the check. I was there dealing with this for a good half hour. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So it’s close to 5 but not 5 yet. They will not take my all the money for my deposit , only just “one bag”. Walking around with all this cash is dangerous that’s why I came to deposit it. VERY LAZY . Take business elsewhere !

Awful experience... had money deposited because I have a sole proprietorship and they wanted me to verify business information for a LLC and other types of business. Clearly they don’t know the difference between the different business types. I also felt I was racially profiled and discriminated against by Nuna or Nina the asst. manager she wound not give her name. poor communication between departments... awful experience.
