ATM is not accessible. This is inconvenient and inconsiderate to your customers by not allowing us to use the ATMs that are supposedly 24hrs. The doors are locked and we are no longer able to enter with our cards. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. You have 9-5 workers who would like to access the ATMs. This situation has been going on for months!
Reported once to corporate, most definitely will
continue to email and call until issue is resolved!!

Omg, this team never disappoint. Security, is helpful, staff always smiles and say hello. Zeke, is my favorite...best personality ever!!! Always helpful, great sense of humor, and kind. Go Zeke!!!

Friday evening I came inside this branch to open a checking account due to my online bank unable to read my deposit of $12340.23 insurance check. I arrived 15 mins before closing after getting jammed in traffic at the light out front, which I explained with an apology.The two tellers, leaning on their empty counters, let me know it was too late and the (3) bankers were busy with others so I'd have to wait until the following Monday,.with my already endorsed check to get any help from these folks.I drove down the street to Trust where I was greeted by another empty teller counter, at 5 mins to closing, but she said "ok, the (1) banker left is with a customer but will help you after he's finished",.I waited and he helped me soon when he finished the other customer. I opened and deposited my $12340.23 insurance check that evening keeping it safe from being stolen, as it had already been endorsed by me. They were very happy with my money bump adding to their finishing totals and it only took a total of 20 mins so I left at 5:15pm.Now I see where the slogan "Don't get CHASED away" originates from. Glad you're so successful, although I'm confused how it got that way.

This location is slow and they just look at you instead of greeting you! Nobody acknowledged me until I was in line for over 3 mins.

They really helped me a lot, they were very kind, Kevon Bartee was really kind to me in terms of his work, helping me with the account and the procedure that I needed to carry out, the manager also helped me with some translation of something that I did not understand in the procedure.

Branch manager, Jonoi Green , racially profile my client and myself, we first got there asked her for help ,she acted like she was busy even though she didn't have any customers, she told us to sit down but when the Caucasian got teller came out to help us we went to his window he was very nice she came out of her office and start standing over his shoulder asking him in a very ghetto voice what are they doing what are they doing but when we asked her for help she never wanted to help my client hates this Bank he is a PTSD veteran that I help every month because of his disability, Jonoi Green acted like this man was trying to do fraud on his ''Own'' account , she's the worst manager I've ever encountered at Chase Bank in my life, the teller was so nice he should be the Branch Manager definitely NOT...Jonoi Rachett-- Ghetto Green...Her service today was unexceptionable.If I was you I wouldn't go to this Branch @ 1215 Caroline st NE Atlanta Georgia 30307 , the service we received was a racial profile...yes from another African American Black Woman, sad but definitely true.

The after hours scanner that allows you inside the building to use the ATM does NOT work ! Second time in 6 months trying to use this service. Why even have it. A huge inconvenience to customers, I had to drive all the way to North Druid branch just to use a Chase ATM after hours even though this one is more convenient to my home.

I was in your branch on 12/5/2022 cashing a check and over heard employee tell a customer that they fired two girls Friday and explain to the customer what they did to get fired. I feel this is extremely disrespectful for the employee to discuss such a matter with customers about other employees being fired under any circumstances. The young man waiting on me Levi Brown was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about his job. I was happy to find at least one professional working at this location.

I scheduled a meeting in advance to open a business bank account in this branch today and the business bank John Hoskins didn’t show. He wasn’t even scheduled to work today. Poor customer service and business ethics, Chase just lost a business client.

I went in here to change my name after I got married but was told I needed a banker and one wouldn’t be there for another month. I went online and booked with a banker at another location two weeks later only to be told that I did not need a banker. They helped me quickly. Apparently it’s common practice at this particular location to send people away to avoid doing work. I would drive past this location if you need help with anything past basic tasks.

ATMS are inside and this chase is almost always locked and won't allow chase card holders in after hours, don't bother coming
