Lexi was wonderful! I had A LOT of things to take care of but she was patient and she took care of everything. I wasn’t even there 30 minutes! Wonderful customer service experience!

Had to go in person to this branch to sign something I couldn't sign on my phone. Tanin took care of me and made the process so easy. He was so patient and made sure everything was sent correctly. If i ever been a banker I will ask for him. Thank you!

Great bank and its associates are very warm and welcoming! They make you feel comfortable the minute you step into their branch! More banks should take notes!

Essentially Chase has stolen our money. We deposited an earnest money check into our checking account. They flagged it fraud. Yet they ran the check. This closed our account to give us no access to our acct and money. All associated acts closed as well. This is our primary bill pay acct. We have attempted every thing chase asked of us and the large brokerage corporation the check came from were diligent in providing the necessary identification. Chase literally asked us to bring an employee down to the branch to verify the check could be written. They asked for their CEO!!! The check was cashed and held and we have no access to pay our bills that have come due. They not only stopped the check but also all the money in our account! They have asked the bank of Virginia to pull the money back but this is impossible if they run the check. Bank of Virginia and the brokerage firm have washed their hands of it and explained that it is between us and our bank Chase. Which does not feel good as they have taken our money and provided no realistic way to resolve the issue. We have accrued late fees and damage to our credit as a result of banking with Chase. We still have no access to about 7k of our own money. I would tell anyone listening to avoid Chase bank.

I ordered Foreign currency on Wednesday 07/22/2022 from my Business Account and it still has not arrived as of 07/26/2022. It was suppose to take up to 2 days. I'm leaving the country in 2 days and I don't have currency. This is pathetic!

Everyone seems to be giving this branch bad review. I had no issue with it. Excellent service. Whether CPC or not. Just parking can be an issue.

Reliable branch. They have 2 ATMs with 24/7 access. They have full teller services during business hours. Some Chase locations have taken out the teller window. Great customer service and personal bankers have always been available when needed. I HATE the parking lot here. It's crowded, dirty and a ton of foot traffic. That said between security at the Publix and Chase, I feel completely safe and I can always find a parking spot.

This bank branch is HORRIBLE don't waste your time. The staff there has the worst customer service ever, and act as though you are bothering them....and if you have a issue and you need to discuss with an actual banker they send you to another location. This was the worst experience .

I entered the store at 4:51 pm and saw the long line and yelled "Hell no," in my nice business outfit. Banker couldn't answer a quick question for me to see if the ATM can take check deposits while helping someone else at the ATM. Do I really have to wait in line to find an answer? With the exception of a business account, I do all my business with USAA. Screw lines!!!Oh it was kind of annoying to have the bank teller ask me for a business card because he wants to get in a film industry after seeing what kind of business I do on my credit card. I guess everyone in there wants to be an actor. I made sure next time I don't go up to him.Edit: May 5, 2021...if you're a military veteran you won't get charged monthly service fees with your account. Some bankers don't know to ask about veteran status. But this location has one banker on staff during a week in busy Midtown! If you need to see a banker, go to another branch or call customer service. The bank teller seemed super uninterested in helping me like she hates her job and didn't give me the customer service number when I asked stating it is in the back of the card and I HAD to tell her have no card but just a business checking account. This location is super lacking in professionalism. I tell her no thank you having to come in tomorrow to go see the banker and I said nah, yall are short staff for a Midtown location and she was like ok...
