Nice place but really waiting a long time without appointments, not sure how the bank works but seems like only a man is available for opening new accounts, others are more like assistant for other process(introduction to different accounts types and how to use the app)

Missed appointment by few minutes... there was no one else in the bank still the banker wasnt willing to help. I WOULD DRIVE 15 min more to a different branch but never go here... WORST BRANCH.

Made an appointment and upon arriving at the branch were told our appointment wasn't being honored. We had to leave and go to the Toco Hills Chase Branch, a much friendlier and better customer service location

After visiting another branch and told I did not have the proper documentation I went to this branch, Eric was amazing! Turns out I did have the proper documentation. Eric has helped me so much thru the process of creating an estate account for my daughter after her beloved father passed away. The branch is so friendly- everyone is so ready to help. You can feel it when you walk in, they are here to help you and will do whatever it takes. Thank you so much for all your help during this difficult time-I so appreciate it.
