Very bad customer service. I tried to open up my bank account, and the guy named Jarion was in charge of me. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I could feel that he doesn't want me to be there every second. And when I was signing the document, he was reading me the document, walking around in the office as if he doesn't care about me at all. Ok, I get it, opening up someone else's bank account can be boring. But that is his work. He shouldn't be acting like that. He needs to be much more professional. The worst bank experience I had in my life.

This is the best Chase bank branch in the state of Georgia, especially since they have the best Banker/ teller in town. Miss Oleta is just phenomenal in the way she delivers service every time I visit this branch. She is knowledgeable and courteous and thoroughly professional at all times. I've even seen her encouraging the other folks on the team to make them better at delivering great service. Kudos to you Chase for identifying such great talent.

The manager here Marcia Simpson is a complete FRAUD ! She helps the young scammers in Atl steal money from the branch ! She needs to be investigated!!

M. H. was the worst banker ever. He even lied that I cannot break my CD and switch to a different one the day of my meeting. I lied as much as he could so that he doesn't have to do anything. The worst attitude ever and unprofessional.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional staff and management who take no pride in their jobs. Staff and management do not answer phones. Staff and management are full of excuses. Staff and management will waste your time unapologetically. I recently visited this branch in person around 3pm for a notary public after my phone calls went unanswered. I walk in to see 4 staff and one customer other than myself. I waited and waited until I (out of curiosity) thought to call while standing inside the bank to see whether the phones work. EVERY PHONE RANG, AND NOT ONE MEMBER OF STAFF OR MANAGEMENT BOTHERED TO PICK UP. I waited further until one of the unoccupied staff Jarion Hopkins finally called me over to his office. He tells me that the notary is gone for the day. I thanked him and asked why they don’t answer the phone as this inquiry could’ve been settled before I visited in person.. He tells me that he’s “about to be off” and that’s why he didn’t answer the phone. He says he gets off around 4 and it’s 3! I asked him which person is the manager, and he pointed a woman Vanessa Williams standing inside a teller box talking to another one of his associates. I let him know that I will speak to her and he tells me “good luck”. Again the manager is full of excuses and tells me that they are busy and can’t get to the phones. I tell her that as I look around, her staff outnumbers customers two to one. She then offers another excuse and says that they only have two dedicated phone lines That’s when I tell her that I called one and saw that every phone in the building lit up and nobody bothered to answer. She then threw her hands up in the air and just said “well?”

The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever encountered in walking into a bank! Never felt so discriminated and disrespectfully disregarded as if I were a criminal and not an upstanding, hardworking technician that couldn’t be paid in the form of a company check! The pregnant host/teller was initially pleasant but turned immediately rude and non conformant to bank policies in properly validating my check. After asking multiple times to why she could not cash a Chase issued check she proceeded to ignore my inquiries to correct whatever the issue may have been. So unprofessional and would never suggest this branch as a premier location!

Rude when you walk in, watch out for that booth with a teller unenthusiastically telling you how they don’t want to serve you, they only had 1 banker I could speak with and he’s booked out and it’s only 1 pm

The customer service here is the absolute worse. I walked in the bank and an employee was sitting in the booth area. She asked what I needed and I told her to cash a check and open an account. She asked to see the check and was looking at me suspiciously. Turns out she's the teller, Marcia, and she is very rude and demanding. She was acting as if it was fraud and treating me like a criminal. I went to Jarion Hopkins to open my account and he was unpleasant as well. It was very clear that he did not want to assist me, so I spoke to the manager, Vanessa, and she was worse than them. She was beyond unhelpful and offered no apology for how I was treated.She also made numerous offensive facial expressions, as if I wasn't standing right there. I will never come to this bank again and if the customer service is like this for Chase, I'll just get an account elsewhere because the treatment is wildly uncalled for. -100/10 honestly

Went To 218 Ptree Atlanta Ga Couldn't get My Money Out ATM The Machine Malfunction Tryed To Talk to the Lady Who Turned Out To Be Vanessa Supposed to be Branch Mgr Hollered Can I Open The Gate I Ask Her To Just Look At My Receipt Then She Stated Go To The Window But she Did not look at the Receipt An I Told her She Had A Attitude and I was Going To Report Her Been There 6 Yrs Never had a problem with Anyone There First Time Seeing her Told her to Give ME a Card So I Can Report Her. A week later I Get A Letter Saying that They Closing My Account For Inappropriate Conduct Because I Said I Was Going To Report Her No One Called ME To Ask Me Anything Even Her Boss Didn't Return My Call Rich Law God Going To Take Care Of Them Both They Going To Hit A Rocky Road. An Judgement Day Chase Can't Save Them Going To Start Losing Wat They Do To People. Chase. Sucks
