Bait and switch is never ok. I picked up a dress that was on a rack that said $12, on this rack was also the same dresses but different sizes. I go to check out and the dress rings up as $15. I mentioned before paying that I remembered the dress was $12 as displayed on the rack. The lady corrects me and says no its $15. I think to myself "maybe I'm mistaken". So I purchased the dress and on way out of the store I see it again. The dress and dresses of its kind were on the $12 rack. I tell the lady that worked there and she went to see it. She says "oh, sorry they are on the wrong wrack. We are still moving things around." I ask if she will charge me the 12 since that where they have it. She says no. The price is $15. If she changes it she will get in trouble with the district manager. Supposedly she was the manager. I returned the dress and was offered a store credit. The manager was not at all helpful. Please train your staff better. This terrible customer servicei s unacceptable and bait and switch is against the law.

It was my 2nd time in the store and the same experience. The staff are rude & racist no basic customer service . The lady checking me out at the counter was stuffing my clothes in the bag instead of folding . They lack customer service . Place & clothes are good overall the worst part is the poor staff in the store . Won’t be visiting the store again .Staff need to improve their etiquette and service & working skills .

Extremely poor customer service , the manager of this place behaved racist , she was unprofessional and even the lady who checked me out had pathetic behavior. This place doesn’t seem to be welcoming at all !! I would never go back to this location of Charlotte Russe. I always buy at charlottes but not at this location anymore.

Very rude when you are talking to them. I was asking about the returned policy and the tall guy behind the counter screamed at me. If you don't want to be nice to people don't work customer service.

Good place for inexpensive leggins and sweat pants and shirts. Rest of stuff, to me is 20 something casual or party wear.
