Not a very good experience. Young man sitting at the counter watching YouTube videos made a mistake with my depost. It took 3 days over the phone to correct. Not very happy with the service I received.

I am 22 years old and when I was 21, my parents transferred over an investment account to me that they had set up when I was a baby. I had no idea how the account worked. Was it an account that I could deposit more money in to to save? I didn't even know how investing worked. That's exactly what I told the associate at the desk. Well the associate who “helped†me didn't do anything at all for me. Once he pulled up my account he said “well what do you want to know†in an arrogant tone. As I had already told him, I needed to know pretty much how the account worked, etc. He gave me absolutely no helpful information. I don't know if he didn't want to waste his time on me because he figured he wouldn't make any money off of my account, but it was still extremely disrespectful. I recommend calling the Scwab hotline instead of EVER going here. The man who helped me on the phone took over an hour to explain everything I needed to know about the account. My visit at this location was a complete waste of my time and made me consider liquidating my funds out of Scwab completely. Luckily the man on the phone was extremely courteous, caring and kind.

Created an account in person and was told I would receive follow up communication within the week. Three weeks later I've left emails, made multiple calls to multiple extensions at the branch and never received any response. If you are looking for investment help you should probably look for a more helpful place.
