Refused to print a receipt (wanted my email) and didn’t take the security tag off. Not sure what to do with it now. Sales associates were nice tho.

Very poor customer service.The cashier who waited on us was very nasty and rude.I visited this store on 3/3/24.First off,I was purchasing shoes for my nephew so I decided that I wanted him to wear the shoes out the store,I was in line waiting to pay for my purchase.The cashier had an attitude because i questioned the price of the shoes i thought were on sale.She's making faces and frowning while im asking the salesman if the shoes were on sale.There are at least 3 people ahead of me and 2 behind me,but she's so bothered about the conversation I'm having with the salesman that she cant wait on other customers.If you're a naturally nasty person and you lack customer service skills then maybe you should find another line of work.Chsmps...stop hiring B's!

Terrible customer service, and very out of order. The managers are very rude and treat their coworkers like garbage. I can see why the store is always so empty.Also the manager Sam should be fired. He insults and threatens woman while on the clock, he gets angry and leaves the store, and he also walks to the back when he’s upset and breaks things. I’ve been there many times and my experiences weren’t pleasant. You really need to check the cameras and do something about him because he’s unprofessional and makes you not want to buy from that store.

I came to exchange a pair of shoes and the black lady who was there with short hair and dreads was hella rude , literally no smile or nothing , i asked for a bag and she just stared at me for like 3 seconds and she just told me thats what im doing! But in a rude way! Will be not coming back to this store if they gonna have an attitude . Her name was ANTRIVIA S.
