The setting is serene and spotless. The staff is warm and respectful with so much helpful advice. There’s even free parking ?! Thank G-D this is a place where visually impaired people can get what they need to envision a productive life! And family members can learn how to assist as needed.❤️

Very nice people doing very important work to help those visually impaired. Also, a neat store inside with devices and aides for the blind or visually impaired.

My only experience has been the on site store that is a place where you can find solutions for problems that limit you every day. I especially like hands on attention with each customer. They do need to find better way to organize physical inventory, especially with the many more items they add all the time which can be more challenging when the associates happen to be visually impaired themselves.

This place is pretty expensive and they don't have discount for blind people.
