TL;DR: Absolutely terrible experience with this vendor. Outright lies from the manager and completely botched repair multiple times. Would not give refund until mall security got involved. They also lost critical components that were needed for repair from another shop.
I called ahead to Cellaxs to request a screen replacement and service for my Google Pixel 8a. Manager Smtarek Rahman spoke to me on the phone and claimed they had the part in store and would be able to service the same day. When I arrive, I'm told they don't have the part and I'll have to come back tomorrow morning after it arrives and they complete service.
I call ahead in the morning, they tell me to wait until after 3:00pm for pickup so they can get the part in and perform service. I show up at 3:15pm, they have not even started work yet on the phone. I'm told 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, the employee brings me back the phone and the touchscreen is completely non-functional. They never did any QA check after the replacement.
They make another attempt to open the phone and repair it but the technician damages the display cable. Says I'll have to wait until next week to get my phone back. At this point I just want my refund but he won't give it to me unless I give him my copy of my repair order document (to which he already has a carbon copy of). Very suspicious behavior, I suspect his attempt at destruction of evidence.
Mall security gets involved and its another 30 minutes before the manager agrees to a refund (upon threat of call to police for holding my property hostage).
I take my phone to another, more reputable repair shop. Within an hour or so they open it up and let me know the repair cannot proceed because Cellaxs lost a few critical internal components during repair. The first was the display bracket, it's a clip that attaches the screen connector to the motherboard and without it the cable can detach and make the screen go dead. The second was a P Sensor Grommet, which is needed for ambient light for screen brightness and proximity sensor on the phone.
At this point, I call the non-emergency line for Dunwoody police to help me recover those parts. They trick the officer by giving him one of the parts but something completely unrelated for the second. I made two more attempts with mall security to recover the part, but at this point the manager has dipped out and the other tech (who was there the whole day with him and witness to everything) feigns ignorance. First he tells security that he wasn't there, then he tells them that there was only ever one part (an incontrovertible outright lie).
The seller has still made no good faith effort to return the missing part.

They took a while and accidentally broke my iPad screen but replaced it at no extra charge. Can’t give them 5 but they do the right thing

HORRIBLE!!! I called up there last week to get my phone fixed and they told me it could be that day and when I get there they told me it would be tomorrow(mind you this is fine they had to order a part) they call me the next day and tell me they can’t do it and to come the next. I got there the next day and they fixed it and I got home and noticed the volume was broken on it when it WASNT before so I had to go back and get that fixed… then they broke the screen and told me to Come back Tuesday to get it fixed, I come back Tuesday and they told me they DINT HAVE THE PART, and to come back the next day which was yesterday, come to find out they messed up the speaker in my phone and I can’t make phone calls … DO NOT COME HERE THEY MESS UP YOUR PHONE AND TRY TO BLAME IT ON YOU… I recommend going to UBREAKIFIX

Paid $200 to get my screen replaced just to see this notification immediately after leaving. If you want genuine Apple parts, do NOT go here.

Horrible shop that pays for reviews… I asked for a simple screen repair and back repair and not only did my phone start falling apart but they permanently damaged my cameras auto focus which was not an issue to begin with. I got it fixed on Sunday evening and came back Tuesday and they were extremely rude and not helpful at all and would not even try to fix there mess up. Like the screen was literally lifting off the phone
Please go to Mobile Care instead of them.

I called the store 2 times to confirm that the price to fix my camera lens was $60 and after they fixed it, the total came up to $177. I understand if they gave a logical reason as to why they up charged the price but when I questioned about the price I was told on the phone, all I got was a confused look. Don’t spend your money here unless you want to be scammed!!!

I had my phone fixed for water damage but now it occasionally scrolls on its own, and freezes. The store refused to honor their warranty or diagnose unless I could demonstrate the behavior or screen record it. How can I screen record when the phone freezes? Horrible!

Had screen replaced on phone and once I got home I realized the internet would not work at all. Took phone to tmobile and was told something was hit when the screen was replaced. Spent over 170.00 to get screen fixed and had to end up buying a new phone because of this

Yesterday, when I purchased a Micro to USB Cable at the Cellairis booth in Perimeter Mall, I plugged it into my Motorola phone and it didn't even properly work...!
