Horrible service. Went to repair phone and got it back broken, phone would shut off every 10 minutes. Once questioned about it they then expected me to pay more due to them breaking my phone. This problem has never happened with my phone shutting off every 10 minutes but once i took it to them to repair my screen this was happening and now they want me to pay more for something they caused. I had to argue them back and they eventually fixed it for free but took them 2 days to fix it and I had to drive to whole different location to receive my phone.

I called in the morning to check if anyone was available which I recommend doing. Ali called and followed with a text on when they would be available and was very attentive. I dropped my iPhone 13 max off that had a very cracked screen with Ali. By the time I was done with my workout my phone was fixed. Ali then fit my phone with a new case and privacy screen protector. The price was really fair and my phone worked great. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends.

This place no longer exists, even though you can still book an appointment. Went there and the doors were locked and inside had been cleared. Dont make the mistake of booking here

Bought a screen protector and camera protector for 30$. The guy working there was very respectful, however, the screen & cam protectors both had bubbles after the installation. I consider this to be also my fault cuz I didn’t check at the store. But, the worker should’ve at least spent a few more seconds to check his work after installing the protectors.

I’ve been coming here for years but not anymore the older brown skinned lady is so mean & rude for absolutely no reason at all she sat and talked bad about me on the phone because I asked her how much it would be to fix my phone she is so unprofessional and that big age we gotta do better like seriously grow up and learn how to control your mouth you lucky you met me on a good day cause everybody not about to be playing with you !

I have supported the Atlantic Station location for years, as I live in the area. I shopped from Cellairis when they were only a kiosk in the park. Last year, I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting "LONG." That is not her real name, but for this review we will call her "LONG". She was very RUDE and had no knowledge of the various plans or of the merchandise in the store. She kept saying repeatedly that she was not from Atlanta and making dispariging remarks about Atlanta. I kept thinking why are you in Atlanta, if you feel that way. I left with a horrible taste in my mouth as she was the very WORST.Well, today, I went in the store "Long" the rude delusional beauty Queen was there in full affect. She had on her LONG catapillar eyelashes, her LONG 6 inch nails, her LONG deflated breast on full display along with her LONG belly and her LONG and nasty attitude. Since there was another clerk there, I asked if he could help me, as I was just not in the mood to deal with LONG today! He reluctantly came over, but he was only a little better than LONG. I think I have had my full of this store, today was my very last visit! My son and I both decided that we would not be patronizing this store in the future.

Let is really nice the young man is nice too but the other young lady that work with the young man she needs some training on customer service skills? she greet the customers and don't say how can help u she just look at them and say what do you want she make me and my husband not want to come because of her and that's sad because the food is good ?
