The most horrible atrocity that I have EVER worked with. Average response time is 3 weeks. No one in his office works. Phone calls are always ignored, not picked up and not called back. Emails take between 2-4 weeks to respond on average.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was totaled out and I reached out for a call directly from Cedric on Monday. Here it is Thursday a payment has been (going to Cedric’s office) and I have still yet to hear from him!! I just want an update on my claim. I have called the office several time and Daniel picks up the phone who states he has called, emailed, and texted Cedric since Monday but still no reply!
