I've been a customer here for a while never had any issues until now the new manager she claims she doesn't take kitchen appliances are items that you done picked up it's a pawn shop the items are close to New in good condition you posted make interest but they claim they can't sell the items but I pawned them there three to four times and pick them up terrible location let's see how long that lasts ?

Don’t go here they are not honest people and they take the terabytes out of the computers go somewhere else and they lie about everything. I was buying a laptop from them and April told me that corporate came in and removed all the terabytes I advised you to go to Jerry’s pawn

So I just left this store. I was coming to pawn my computer which I have done before. There have been plenty of times I have pawned at this location the staff is usually friendly. Now a month ago. I pawned my computer which I needed the money for a light bill which I needed it the money to pay a light bill being that my lights are off now. However I came in to pawn my computer now the password that they put in is the same password I been using since I couldn't change the password back . Now I go in a they say they can't pawn because of the password they put on my computer. I was trying to tell them that the password they changed of my computer is the same damn password I been using because I couldn't change it. The lady sitting in the back she was no help all on the phone. She said they have to change the password just the have to sell. Which is fine but hell they change the password. So they should've took. It's the same password they are going to use Cash1234. So what was the problem now. Y'all got to do better. But I won't be coming back there anymore. So have a blessed day.

Y'all remember tip drill well y'all it's one in there looks like a retiree..She only knows what Google will at his best tell her...she is nowhere near smarter than a fifth grader just ewwww....I'm in line she says next I walk up she just disappears in the backroom pops up starts talking gibberish whole crumbs coming out her mouth as I'm looking at her nasty mouth and crumbs hitting glass I'm just in my head thanking the universe she's not connected to my world real mascot for #RATCHET

April and Carla were professional and definitely made my day. Y’all, stop by if you’re ever in a pinch. There was no issue getting cash for my laptop and I’m blessed to have found this location! They’ll get you together for real and quickly.

They damage your things, I have proof of all my things damaged. My brand new Apple Watch was damaged that was the final straw. They are careless here, your things will be damaged as mine were on several occasions. Just because we bring you our things doesn’t mean treat them how you want. The black dyke with blue dreads and fake watch sagging behind the counter is rude, unprofessional. They other lady with blue hair has no idea what she’s doing. I HATE IT HERE & WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE ! Try delowe Dr or veterans memorial are better locations. Corporate won’t fix it with Apple so I have to choose to get aftermarket parts or go to Apple. They denied everything including my charger being stapled twice penetrating through the charger causing it to not charge the watch. I’m an A+ customer so I don’t understand them treating me or my wife who is a previous employee of First cash this way. BBB will for sure hear about this also.

I always buy used lawnmowers from this location. And if I ever have any problems with them. This location always makes sure I can exchange them for another one that works better. I also appreciate the customer service of the employees, whenever I go to this location. They make it their business, to help me as best as they can. I do recommend this location to others, and I'll continue patronizing this location too.
