The worker Q was very professional and handle my property well and has wonderful customer service and it was a wonderful experience cause before I went up there I seen the reviews and was nervous at first. He made me feel very comfortable knowing my property is in good hands.

No stars, This is the the most ghetto establishment in Atlanta. I borrowed money on an item and when I came to pay and retrieve my item the idiots at the store can not access the safe. The idiots said the manager was on the way. This is a sh@$ place of business Never go hear. I urge the community to stop supporting this place

Horrible customer service waited over 37 mins and still counting to make a simple purchase. I hate it here. No greet when you come in no apologies for the apathy shown from staff. Will not do business here again. If you value your time I wouldn’t support this establishment.

waited 35 mins in line to be assisted. All I needed was to make a simple payment. Not only was there a fail to greet customers as they walked in. No one acknowledged those of us waiting to apologize for the absurd wait. There was 4 employees present and only 2 ppl ahead of me in the line. Horrible, I will never utilize this shop in the future. If you value your time and customer service please don't shop here. They're inconsiderate and slow.

I recently visited this pawn shop , but before driving there I called and spoke to a lady who told me to bring it in and make sure everything that's needed . She then said I needed to bring the receipt, which I thought was strange and she gave me a lame old crazy excuse. I go the next day in the rain. I didn't bring the item In because it's very heavy, I did bring the booklet and receipt in. The young guy told her what I had she was talking to him not me. Said she doesn't want to bring it in I can offer her $50 or $60. That's a low ball offer and a joke, she's looking at the receipt showing it cost $220.00. Do not go to this pawn shop. I read the reviews and none were good. Anytime you deal with blacks they will screw you over everytime, not today. I don't know if she's the owner or not. I can say with confidence I will never go there again. I recommend pawn shop on Tara Blvd they treat you fair. I predict this place on Delowe Drive will be out of business one day, because they have no customer service skills just trying to take from there own people and throw them a few dollars. Sha.e on this so call business

Customer service is terrible. If you want to be treated like a homeless person looking for a hand out go here. As soon as I walked in nobody spoke or tried to help they just look at what ever you brought in the store so they can turn you down before you reach the counter. I have A+ loan history with this franchise and expected a little bit more from the manager who immediately told me no with out looking at my item. I took the same item to my home store which is cash American on Donald lee hollowel and got the help I needed there. The management on delowe is only concerned about meeting quotas. GO TO ANY FRANCHISE BUT THIS ONE
