Although the glasses came out beautifully, I am so disappointed in the service!!!! Matt told me that I could order 6 as a wholesale customer-I only got 4! I called to complain and NO ONE ever called me back. My customer was quite annoyed.The acrylic tray was perfect - thanks!

Champagne glass arrived broken and without the purchased card. Omitting the card has happened to my orders three times. Customer service said they'd replace the glass and refund me the card. Nothing has been done and it's been over a week.

Thank you to Patrick and his team for providing top notch customer service & a high level of communication. I started out just inquiring about some items on the website and Patrick had the quickest response times to my many of inquires about different items. I finally locked my eyes on a teakwood Medium Rare Cutting Board and was instantly sold! Patrick made buying the item painless and super easy. I received the item fairly quickly and packaged well. The engraving and the quality of the cutting board is way more than I expected. It is super high quality and looks beautiful on my kitchen counter. Thank you Patrick and crew.
