Yesterday I bought a pair of knock off ballenciaga stockings from this boutique to wear for my birthday dinner. Once leaving I went home to get dressed. I had one leg in the stockings when I realized that on the other leg there was 3 small holes in them. When I saw this I instantly gave the boutique a call and let them know what the issue was and that I was on my way back to the store. I knew for sure that they would exchange the pair of stockings since no more than 20 min had passed from the time I had purchased them. They basically said that the owner said they couldn’t do anything for me because all sales are final. I asked the store clerk to call the owner and she refused. I too am a business owner and a firm believer of good customer service and for this reason, I will never shop at Calis boutique in the Greenbriar Mall.

I love Cali's Boutique and the Owner Kali. It's far from my house but it's always worth a drive. I NEVER leave without a purchase. And my custom bling nike slides get compliments in other countries. Lol LBVS
