Horrible! There receptionist schedule an appointment on a day that they are closed and when I confirmed the day stating that online it says they are closed she said they are open everyday. Playing with my time and my money because I had to drive an hour to get here. On top of they never answer the phone which could have saved me a hour drive AGAIN highly disappointed!

Wait times are horrible. They should start doing appointments instead of walk in. They make you wait at the lobby and then again in the room.

Listen to me carefully ,Mr .M.Woods ,knows his job, ???? he’s very professional ,knowledgeable ,and most importantly he made me feel comfortable , i enjoyed doing my medical , at the Midtown location , and it’s very clean .Thank you , Thank you ,i hope you can see this please keep up the great work ????????????

The customer service here is a zero the young lady name dwaniki Hobbs she had an attitude. She was sleep when I got there and had to call the phone more then one time for her to answer the door . I will be reaching out to city of Atlanta about the communication with this company it need to be changed asap . I don’t even feel comfortable coming back to this location or the other centers I called hapeville and they knew exactly who I was talking about when I asked for a manager.

Horrible wait time! The staff was very rude, unprofessional & did not seem to enjoy being at work. A drug screening should not take a 1 hour wait times. Please improve

Ive been to several different pre-employment service centers (concentra, Lab corp, quest, caduceus in Tucker). Ive only been to this one twice and both times for a TB blood draw. Both times I never got serviced. The first time they misstated to my HR rep the incorrect times the blood draw was available. The second time the “Manager didn’t leave the password to order the quest labs so I can’t get in to order the labs”. She had me wait 15 min for her manager to call back to give her the password and the manager never called and was then sent me to the caudceus in hapeville after the caduceus rep called there to inform them I was comIng (which was she told me was 10 mins from midtown but actually a 17 minute drive away from my house). Once I get to the hapeville clinic (at 8:30p at night during college football championship) I was told the system was down and the rep from midtown should not have sent me as the Hapeville rep told her their systems were down. My company switched me to labcorp in midtown and had no problem. So frustrating to have my evening ruined during the football championship, wasting my time due to incompetence at multiple levels

I came in to do DOT exam and the lady that was at the front desk on Tuesday March 8th and and when i came back in on Monday March 14th at 11a the lady is rude and very unprofessional I don’t think she needs to be working with customers she was even rude to the male front desk rep that work with her i asked the employer that im going to be working for if there was another company they use and she said no i was like they need to switch to someone else that would respect and treat there new hires with respect. I feel like if she can’t handle the crowd of people that come in she does not need to be in this profession.
