I really hate this place.
Working at Butler Tire and Wheels has been a challenging experience, primarily due to the demanding work environment and lack of regard for employees' well-being. The expectation to work six days a week with only one day off feels excessive, especially when combined with a mere thirty-minute lunch break. This schedule creates an unsustainable pace and contributes to a significant lack of work-life balance.
Moreover, the company culture around time off is troubling. Requests for personal time are met with resistance, and employees are often made to feel guilty for needing time away from work. This creates an atmosphere where individuals might hesitate to prioritize their personal lives, fearing repercussions or negative implications for their future at the company.
The sales team is notably aggressive, often scheduling appointments late in the day, just before closing time. This practice not only adds unnecessary stress to employees but also undermines efforts to maintain a manageable workload. It’s frustrating to consistently deal with last-minute customers when the workday is winding down.
Additionally, the repercussions of lawsuits on employee bonuses are concerning. It is unfair that individuals who had no involvement in an incident should suffer financially due to the company’s legal issues. This policy fosters an environment of anxiety and mistrust among staff.
Overall, Butler Tire and Wheels needs to reassess its approach to employee welfare and work-life balance. Until changes are made, the experience may continue to be disheartening for those who value a healthy work environment.

CLIFF IS THE BEST!!!!! I had a wedding to go to and needed a tire ASAP and he got me in on the schedule and put on time to make the wedding. The entire staff is AMAZING and I adore the playlist…felt like a family BBQ and all the customers were so happy.

I came in 3 weeks ago with a nail in my tire and they patched it at a fair price. I returned today with another nail in another tire and they patched it for free. Amazing customer service!

I came in for the first time at the recommendation of a friend. This was such a positive experience I now know why my friend won't take his tires anywhere else. Clifton was very friendly and proactive. He helped me quickly and then kept me up to date on everything that was going on. He also didn't charge me unnecessarily for anything he could figure out. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price - who could ask for more?

Tore up my corvette...they put new tires on my corvette. Didn't know that the top has to come off in order to do so. Fine. But the dropout who took it off didn't latch it back down...it blew off when I got on 400N almost causing a major wreck. Been over a week now... corvette is still topless. Don't call us, we'll call you. Accountability= D-

No lie this is the BEST shop I ever been too and I have been to a quite a few lol. The guys in here are awesome. 10/10 customer service 10/10 quick and efficient service 10/10 atmosphere highly recommend. Thanks you everyone who fixed my wheel and got my tires in as fast as possible. The Benz is BACK! lol Stop reading and pick this shop!
