I had the opportunity to work with Jordan and let me tell you he is a life saver who has the patience of a saint ?. I needed a 60 inch vanity and a granite top...and let's just say the selections had me being my indecisive self. However, Jordan remained calmed and helped me toward making a decision. My husband and I went to Builder’s Surplus and was shown the inventory by an excellent, experienced and professional salesman named Howard. He cordially answered ever single question that we had about purchasing and installing a front exterior door. He was extremely knowledgeable about the store’s merchandise and maintenance of the products . We were very impressed by his intelligence and superior customer service. He didn’t pressure us at all and was genuinely interested in our customer satisfaction. Because of his clarity in communicating and overall product knowledge, we were in and out of the store in no time, after buying a new door that will enhance our home and increase it’s value.
