We have been a customer of Build a Bear for over 10 years. Been to build a bear’s in Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. Came to the Mall to get our daughter a build a bear for her birthday. Everything was going fine. She picked out her bear, clothes and etc. Then Ms. Angel decided to come up to us being very aggressive to us. Telling us we need to stop what we are doing because there is 4 other families in front of us. We was no where near the line of people. Well then it was time for our bear to be stuffed after the bear was stuffed. Angel snatched the bear from the employee who stuffed the bear. Told us to get in line so we can get out. We have never been treated this bad before. We understand some people have bad days but this was ridiculous.

Great experience how ever it was very awkward when the manager snapped at the girl helping me for not “taking me over to the sound station” when I already expressed to the employee I was not interested. Don’t force the employees to upsell.

Our family had the worse experience ever at the Cumberland Mall location. The store manager, Angel, was so rude and unkind. Totally ruined my child's experience. We will NEVER visit a Build a Bear Workshop again thanks for Angel's poor customer service skills and attitude.

I can’t say enough good things about the kind woman who helped my daughter and I today. What was just a dreary day activity was turned into something truly special for my toddler because of how kind the employee was. Give that girl a raise, because she was awesome. We can’t wait to go back next month for my girls birthday bear and to see our new friend! Thank you!
