The staff is friendly, patient, kind, helpful, and professional. Employees provide outstanding service and show a lot of care, making the process easy and slightly fun. They are available to help and will go above and beyond, making the experience amazing and creating lasting impressions. The workshop is also a PAWsome place to host a party before, during, or after store hours for a birthday, office party, or community event. We took our triplets for their 1st birthday bears! We had a blast. The staff were so amazing and sweet even with 3 fussy babies. They helped us get the birthday bears picked out, dressed, and lead us over to make their certificates ♥️
