Went for my son's 1st birthday. They were out of boy birthday outfits, so they didn't get to take advantage of a birthday bear special as planned. Staff was nice and helpful.

We had the absolute best time here. Gaybe is the sweetest and most attentive person. He made my little girls 2nd birthday the most awesome experience! Gaybe and the manager were so understanding when I mistakenly scheduled our party for the wrong day, and they were able to switch it to the day we showed up!
