Racist Managment with poor costumer service @ budgetel Lithia Springs. 1270 Waterford Club Dr to be exact. No accommodation after many complaints of room, with roaches and mold and mildew on walls throughout room. They even went about trying to blame me for the Mold, instead of compensating me anything. I told management I was going to call corporate, the owner/manager put note on my door saying that I couldn't rent again and that I had to vacate the property by 11am next day. Horrible experience.

The entire staff, aside from one manager, was super friendly, helpful and they were doing their best under very difficult circumstances. The guard on duty in the parking lot was also very kind, even as she was having to keep people off the property who she said were not guests and were causing problems. I had someone try to break into my room when I was sleeping in it. I asked to cancel my reservation, so I could get the rest of my money back and move somewhere I felt safe. The manager twice refused. Ultimately, the reservation service I used got my money back after multiple efforts.

The location is great for dragoncon but they got a roach problem for over a year it seems caused by the demolition next door. They need to shutdown the hotel for a week and fumigate. I was there 2021 and managed to kill hundreds with a fogger and spray because they have no refunds.

Disgusting. I wish I had the option of no stars. Our room was filthy, fingerprints everywhere, cockroaches everywhere. The office chair was ripped to shreds. I was careful not to touch anything and we left immediately. Unfortunately there was no way to get a refund. Please save yourself the trouble. We came here for a concert and planned to stay at the hotel but could not due to the environmental hazards. Also, even though there it is a nonsmoking hotel, the halls reek of cigarettes. It made sense when I saw people smoking in the hallway. There was a broken glass crack pipe in the hallway too. I'm so disappointed I wasted my money.

THEY SHOULD RENAME IT THE ROACH MOTEL?I came here to drop somebody off and I honestly don't know how this place is still open. One health inspection would shut it down because there's no way they could pass an inspection unless somebody is getting paid to pass them. To say that it's INFESTED would be an understatement. The living conditions are horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging people a thousand dollars a month to live in this roach motel.

This was the worst experience I've had with any motel. The base boards were peeling off, extremely bad roach infestation, floor so greasy I was sliding across it, cabinets and dresser falling apart, hole in the wall where a lamp used to be. I payed for a week b 4 I saw everything that was wrong. Was gone the 2nd & 3 red night, & when I returned someone had been staying in the room. Cigarette buts & ashes everywhere, sheets & pillow case soiled, towels & wash rags used & had blood on it. Refrigerator froze all my food, unclean /rusted inside the microwave, & I had property missing. I had to vacate for my safety!!The management refused to refund me any of my $ after I payed for a whole week & was only able to stay 1 night! That place should b condemned!!

Some rooms are not even in living condition they had soooo!! many roaches in all my 38 years housekeeping never come and if they do its cause you had to basically demand it. The people at the front desk are over charging and it stinks like a old trap house don't go save your money sleep in your car b4 you sleep

The convenience is great and so are the security guards. I had 2 get special stuff for the roaches u see a couple but this was an infestation. I knob on sink doesn't work refrigerator still in sleeping area because I suppose it never was put back and the ice in the freezer part was built ALL the way up very few channels and they static and jump most of the time the elevator is broken the laundry room is down I cleaned myself because dead roaches under sink REAL BAD.. SPLATTER etc on walls had to clean myself roaches at residents door outside drawers don't stay closed had 2 tie them shut shower was half clean no cold water in shower str8 hot hot. Going through what I been through. This was convenient it has a big bed and a.c!!! The property wouldn't be bad if workers these days did their jobsI didn't expect the best but ppl.need to do better. But I cleaned and scrubbed it myself. My boyfriend got the room when I was at work so he doesn't care cause he's a dude. Reviews help a little but this just didn't get like this overnight..it's a lack of good customer service..only care about the money and people having no other choices in certain situations so they (we) settle. And when nothing's done about things this is the result of poorly ran businesses. For 300 plus per week this is not a good look. It's genuinely sad. They no better so they need to do betterPeRIOD...

Staff rude and unprofessional from security to office.Housekeeper was pleasant Rooms are horrible bedding and they have roaches .Water issues and prices change .I waspleased to turn onmy key.Drug addicts, loud music. The worst roach infestation I have ever see. I was there less then 3 weeks. I had a room on the 4th floor that was not as bad but got move to the second floor in one of the worst rooms they had at the hotel. The ceiling was caving in, needed painting, they need pest control, the air conditioner was too loud had to press a chair up against it to get it to hush. Bed bugs hurting my skin - never in my life! People out and about 24/7 there was a shooting out there when I was out there. The staff have no idea how bad the rooms are. They just take a peep at the room when someone checks out - that's it. They never inspect the room for damages etc. They just hope nobody complains. You need a place to stay go to a shelter or a different hotel!

Very very unhappy!!!. The receptionist was very rude oh, and when I went to check the rooms one of the rooms didn't have the full moon in package on the bed as it should. With that being said they were still going to try and charge me full price plus a $100 deposit when I was paying with a credit card for a room that was not completely stopped. there was way too many people just wandering around the security was smoking and sitting in the office. would not recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a convenient quiet place to rest for your family whether it be for the evening or for an extended. Of time. If I could give this hotel a zero star review I would.

Quiet for the most part. Nice room. I still stay on the property. I think if they was too turn this hotel into a lil mini apartment building it would keep the attics away. They would probably have to switch everyone around and just work on what needs to be worked on but it would work. And whatever the people are paying every week is what they pay by month. You know based on income type of apartment building.

This hotel is the most roach infested place I have ever personally seen. I have never even been in a house with such a roach problem before. The television didn't work. There was a hole in the door they stuffed paper towel in to obstruct.

There were hairs on the bed sheets and when I looked under, the mattress had tobacco on it. Like the previous guest opened a cigar on top of the mattress and emptied to contents and then put the bed sheet on top. Room smelled like wet dog and there were stains all over the shower. Did not know there was no refund. Definitely stay away
