Reilly was great with my cavapoo Gracie. It really helped to have this service available for visitors to Atlanta staying at hotels when I needed to get a few things done where dogs weren't welcome. Thank you Reilly!

After taking a few months break from this business I have decided to share my opinion. In the span of around 4 months I had several sitters and only one was amazing. I want to give her a shout out (Margaret!!) because she was the only reason we kept booking with this company. She made sure to be extra sweet with my dog and texted me photos to my cell phone as well as filled out the journals on every visit. However I cannot say the same for the other sitters we had or the company itself. We had one sitter who ignored my instructions to only walk my dog with his harness and put the leash loop for the HUMANS wrist around my dogs neck and choked him as she walked him. When I immediately raised concerns with the company and asked for a different sitter, they tried to send her back the next day. We had a different sitter who asked me if she could bring her boyfriend along on visits, and then another who was HOURS late several times while I was away on vacation. Again when I called the company raising concerns that my dog was not being visited at the times I selected and was paying for, they made excuses for the sitter saying she was “tired due to being finals week”. Not to mention, when the sitters did show up they would do the absolute bare minimum. When I checked in on my home cameras, every single time I would see the sitters on their cell phones and my dog begging for attention. I truly do not trust these sitters or this company with my precious baby’s life and I do not recommend them to anyone who loves their pet.

We book 30 minute cat visits monthly and the service could not be better. They have even accommodated last minute requests and changes. I highly recommend them!!

I moved to Sandy Springs last year and have had someone from Buckhead Pet Pals walk my dog three days a week while I’m at work. They have been phenomenal with scheduling and communication and each dog walker has been very caring and dependable! If something comes up and the scheduled walker cannot come by (happened rarely), they have someone else come over and openly communicate with me. So thankful I found a great dog walking service to give me peace of mind and I know my pup is happy to see them each time!

I've been using Buckhead Pet Pals for almost a year. Their customer service is amazing and the app is easy to use - I love the journal feature. Camila is great with following up. I use their cat sitting services for when I go out of town. I have Catherine as my regular sitter which is really nice because she knows the kitties and they have gotten very comfy with her! I have a shy one who has been letting her give some pets! She always takes a bunch of great photos and little videos of my babies which makes being away from them easier. And when Catherine is already scheduled or unavailable, BPP works to find another sitter for us and we have a meet and greet to get aquatinted. This only happened twice and both other sitters have been great too! I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs trustworthy pet services!

Process isn't as straight forward as they try to make it seem on their marketing materials. They make it seem like they serve all of the areas listed when actually they still do not have anyone to provide your service. They ask for allll of your personal information including credit card information before even checking whether someone is available for your service and there is no way to remove it. This is a red flag as it makes no sense to provide credit card information and place yourself at greater risk for security breaches and scams for no reason. They should check availability before asking customers to invest in such a way. For busy people like myself filling in the information for no reason and not being able to remove your personal information and billing information takes a significant amount of time and may not be worth it especially when you're not receiving a service. Also I found the requirement to provide two copies of your keys a bit concerning and a red flag. Why they wouldn't be able to keep track of one key is concerning and no one wants multiple copies of their home keys floating around. On to other options for me.

Buckhead Pet Pals is truly great and trustworthy. The two sitters they have provided for my kitties in the past 3 years have been incredible. They are loving, attentive, and so caring with my kitties. My current sitter, Robin, is the absolute greatest. Shannon is running a great business and her dedication really shows!

Not good. Would not recommend: lots of turnover, but asks for lots of access. Even for a quick overnight visit they request contract and keys and security codes. Better to use your neighborhood kids and teach them responsibilities. Not worth it.

Buckhead Pet Pals has been my go to for almost 20 years. They are very responsive and professional and willing to work with you. My kitties love Ms. Joan and get excited when they see her.

I personally have been a client of Buckhead Pet Pals since 1997. The consistent quality of the Pet Pal team, the continual process improvement/incorporation of current technology/tools and communication make my vacations all the more relaxing. The best care for my 4 legged family!

I actually didn’t get the chance to use this service, because my plans changed, but since I prematurely paid for the visits (which are very reasonably priced), they refunded me, even though I foolishly didn’t read their refund policy before paying (they typically just give you a credit). So I really, really appreciate that. Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. I’ve never known what to do with my cat on weeklong trips when family is too busy to check on him, but if I go out of town again, I’ll definitely be using Buckhead Pet Pals. It’s one of the only affordable options I’ve come across.

Buckhead Pet Pals blew me away! Their app is beyond easy to use. The owner sent me the sweetest card/note after the first time I booked. Their checklist for visits is EXTENSIVE. I was apprehensive leaving a cat I adopted during quarantine for a week (she’s used to 24/7 company)- but the sitter they assigned, Laura M was absolutely phenomenal. She was SO friendly & even got my shy kitty to come out on the initial meet & greet. Laura then sent me pictures and an adorable journal entry for every visit, reassured me that my sneaky cat hadn’t managed to escape, and went so far above and beyond. This was my first & only experience with BPP- but if all their sitters are like Laura - your pet is in the best hands . I’ll be using them again & would highly recommend.

We love Ann from Buckhead Pet Pals! She is always communicative and reliable, and we are completely confident leaving our elderly cat in her care. When we return, our cat seems happy and content. We love that he has forged a bond with Ann over the years! I highly recommend Buckhead Pet Pals.
