I have been using BuckBlue for almost 20 years. Although through the years our needs have gone up and down, I wouldn't go anywhere else. BuckBlue prints our architecture plans and marketing booklets, and designs and prints our business cards. I always know I'm in good hands. I recently inquired about getting my books printed (perfect binding) First I sent in an online quote request waited a day and no one got back to me. So I called and I spoke to the sales person Courtney she said she tried to respond to my email but there was trouble. she then asked me to send her an email so she could just respond with the quote I did, she never sent the quote. So I called again she said she sent it but she is not sure why it didn't go through which was a bunch of bs so she verbally told me what the quote was. Now I can't tell a company what they charge is to high but she could not even break down the 1800 cost to print 80 books which was about 23 dollars a book for a 100 page book. She just kept saying yeah you don't meet the minimum. Without telling me or helping me better understand . I felt as though she was going off the top of her head. she was nice but very unprofessional she gave me no breakdown of the cost or anything maybe i would ahve still used them. I've used them in the past for print jobs and the guys there were always helpful.
