Ruby did such an amazing job on my wedding dress! It was a Martina Liana structured silk dress with a long train that needed quite a bit of hemming and a French bustle added. It looked amazing when I got it back, and I even was able to steam and press it with her shop.

Ruby has done amazing work on several of my dresses but, most importantly, she has worked miracles on fixing my wedding dress that was 2 sizes too small… I was literally in a panic that I wouldn’t be able to wear the wedding dress I so carefully selected but she remained calm and reassuring and was able to fix it. I am forever grateful. 10/10 recommend!

Ruby altered my daughters rehearsal dinner dress and her wedding gown. She did an awesome job. She shared her expertise with us about the wedding dress. She created a beautiful bustle that was elaborate for the long train. She was so sweet. Would highly recommend her.

Ruby did a fantastic job with alternating my dress! I was nervous about how my dress would be bustled but she knocked it out of the park.Highly recommend. Such a great experience with a lovely person.

Ruby!!!!! She made my wedding dreams come to life. I honestly wasn’t the best costumer because I was so nervous about the neckline. She was so sweet and patient and made me dress absolutely perfect! Even gave me my something blue with the bustle. I am so grateful to you Ruby

I went to Ruby with my daughter's bridesmaid dress that was too tight. The store we bought it in sent us to Ruby to see if it could be let out a half inch to an inch. She told us no that we needed to order another dress. She said without even looking at it there was no extra material for her to let it out. I ask her if we were to order extra fabric from the manufacturer would that help. She said absolutely no that we just need to order another dress. I called the shop we purchased it from, and they told us to come down for them to re-measure my daughter and see the dress again. They told me there is plenty of material and they do not know why she told us that. They sent us to another alteration shop who said there is extra material, and they would have no problem letting it out. I was going to have Ruby do the alterations on my daughter's wedding dress but not after this. How good could you be if you do know you have room to let out a dress.

I have gone to Bridals by Ruby for 4 bridesmaid dresses and my own wedding gown over the last 10 years. Anytime I need alternations for a wedding I always head here. She is absolutely amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

No easy task, but she nailed my alterations! I had multiple people at my wedding ask if my dress was custom made for me. Highly recommend sweet Ruby!

I recently went to Ruby for services on my dress for my November wedding. I was not pleased with the overall final product I was given. When I went to pick up my dress and try on for a final fitting I noticed there was some bunching on the dress. When I pointed this out to Ruby her response to me was: "I would just have to pull my dress down". To me that is unacceptable when I am coming to you to fit a dress to my body. She went on to explain that because the way my dress was constructed it was impossible to fix. When I left her shop I immediately called around to other alterations shops to see if someone could fix what Ruby couldn't. I found a wonderful shop that was able to fix my dress 2 weeks out from my wedding day. It's unfortunate because I decided to trust Ruby with my gown due to her 5 star reviews and her also being a referral. In return, I had to pay additional money to have someone fix my dress last minute. Not the experience, anyone should be subjected to. For a bride to voice concerns over their dress being ill-fitted and to be dismissed is unacceptable. The picture illustrates how the dress looked when I went in for my final fitting and when the new shop fixed the issue.

I took my wedding dress to get altered here and just had such a great experience. The ladies were so sweet and easy to talk to. They make sure your experience is intimate and special. Ruby did such a good job with my dress- it fit perfectly and we didn't have any issues with the bustle day-of! I would highly recommend this place!

A bunch of my friends recommended Ruby and I'm so glad I took their advice. Ruby was so great to work with for for my wedding dress alterations. She did such a wonderful job and she made it so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Ruby to anyone and everyone.
