Ed at this store is the absolute best! We got news that my husband and I are moving and had to put our house on the market QUICK. I frantically show up to their store three consecutive days in a row to pick out colors for our home and Ed helped me the whole way through. Assisted in color options, offering his own advice and even stayed open late two times to help me get everything I need. Ed deserves a raise!!! Thank you Ed and BM staff!

Good product inventory but you really need to know exactly what you want/need. The staff was not at all knowledgeable.

Great service.... The older gentleman knows his paints. He was able to do a difficult match even though the base for that color was unavailable due to covid. AND he did this for us happily! Good product, good Service

I basically spent the whole day going back and forth between here and my house testing things and getting samples. I even ended up getting a gallon, not liking it, bringing it back and having them change the color. Obviously, I’m the worst type to be in a paint store…but these guys were so helpful and were virtually un-phased by me.Great service.

These guys are excellent. My first trip there was to get quarts to try colors. They were great about doing the 50% and 75% concentration I wanted. Then I bought 2 gallons of the paint that I *thought* I wanted, which was the 50% concentration. When it went up on the walls, I didn't like the color at all, and realized that I should have bought the color at full strength. I took my paint back in, hoping they could add color to get it to 100%. Because some had been used, they had to work to get the color just right, but they did. The guys could not have been nicer, and didn't charge me a thing for my mistake. I'm a customer for life!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Made my decision making very easy with their knowledge. The manager is super nice.

This business is under new ownership/management, new store set up, displays, etc., etc. Inventory galore and helpful staff. These people know what customer care and service should look like! Don't miss this considerable change from years gone by.

Sign says under new management. I noticed the store aesthetics have been improved (layout, cleaner looking). Warmly greeted by friendly staff on arrival. My online order was on the counter ready to go. In and out in ten seconds.

Mr. Dave the owner was so helpful. We have some home projects to complete and he suggested the right paints for each project and gave great advice. I highly recommend and Benjamin Moore is the best paint in the world, we love it! No one makes a pure white like White Dove. Thank you Mr. Dave!
