I had a strap break on my favorite sandals a couple of days before I was traveling, and brought them in with little hope they'd be done in time. However, he told me he'd fix them by the following day, and actually got it done SAME DAY. So much better than I could have expected! Thank you!

I took 3 pairs of designer boots and one pair of designer stilettos to repair the heels on Tuesday, March 12th and they were ready on March 13th. They did an amazing job all four pairs of my shoes. I have since referred others. I am very pleased with their work and will return.SYG
