They high and don't work with you no matter how long you've been with them to get your rates lowered. You can never talk to the agent only the other people in the office. That are " license agents".

As a long time customer (5+ years maybe more) I am really disappointed. I recently had a baby and had family handling my bills. One month was missed, notice was received a few days late due to mail delays. I went in to submit payment and learned my policy was cancelled. I called in to have it reinstated + to submit payment and was told that it was day 10 of cancellation (today) and I would need to be requoted instead. I received a call back to advise that the new quote is now $100 more. I was told there was no exception to reinstating my old policy/rate even after offering to provide proof and contact details for the hospital I gave birth at. I have never missed a payment through my entire business relationship and very disappointed with this outcome Having to change insurance companies due to higher rate. A longterm relationship was ended over $100 when I have paid well over $15k over the years.

I’ve had Allstate for several years through Brianna Gordon’s agency. My agent, Melissa Hausdorf, is absolutely amazing. She’s helped with my motorcycles, boat, and cars. Melissa is prompt, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the particular insurance plans that are best for an individual. Give her a call. I do believe you’ll be happy that you did.

Absolutely the worst. If you have a luxury car (Have a 2021 Tesla) and make the mistake of choosing this company to cover you, especially this agent, good luck. She had no problem calling and introducing herself to me when I initially joined Allstate, but now that my car claim is open and has been open, she hadn't found time, in the full 4.5 weeks that Allstate still hasn't made a decision on my claim, to call. Shop elsewhere for insurance if you want peace of mind.
