I walked in to Breitling Boutique to look for new watch, ready to spend whatever. I was wearing a brand new IWC IW503604BIG PILOT’S WATCH PERPETUAL CALENDAR TOP GUN CERATANIUM. This watch is well over 50k. Wanted to speak to somebody knowledgeable and the woman that approached me had never heard of IWC or the watch I was wearing. Completely disappointed....

Absolutely one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Shawnee was amazing from start to finish. She helped me pick the perfect watch for my husband for our twentieth anniversary. The personal touches she added were unexpected and wonderful. He is thrilled and I think this gift is one of the best decisions I ever made (aside from marrying him :). I was helped by Ramsey who was very knowledgeable, non-intrusive, and to be honest, his salesmanship was what ultimately swayed me into purchasing my first luxury timepiece. I was so excited when hearing of this location opening in Atlanta. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Shawnee and they were extremely patient while I visited the store multiple times over the past 6 months. There were many hours of trying on watches in store, pictures of new watches and just fun convo. I finally settled on the Chronomat 42 (my second Breitling) and think it is the best looking watch in their lineup right now. Feels good to know they have a great group of reps that truly want to help find the perfect watch for you!

I have been looking for months to buy myself something a little special and found this watch online.
