Bad experience at this store, bad quality product, and expensive. I sent a complaint about their product and they told me that I could not return nor exchange the shirt I purchased because I removed the tag and wore the shirt. How was I supposed to know that their shirt could not be wash and dried without them telling me how to properly care for it? The shirt I purchased cost me $74.20. I purchased this shirt expecting a quality product and I now have some worthless pieces of what’s supposed to be a shirt of my favorite team. This was a major let down and I am extremely disappointed. Never buying from this location again.

Hi, we attended the game tonight. We are visiting from England. I popped into this store for a keepsake and momento of our visit. Got 5 t-shirts, at reduced price, perfect for us.

Beware. Hat strap broke one hour after purchase. Hat was $40. Store would not exchange with receipt in hand. They don’t stand behind the products sold. Made me wait inline for 45min to tell me this after 4 employees told me they would exchange it. Spent $400 at the store that day. Very disappointing. Buy from Fanatics before the game!

The customer service at this store, Especially Lynn provides some of the best customer service out there. I live on the other side of the country and place orders for my wife. I would much rather support this club house than Fanatics any day. Thank you Lynn for taking such great care of your customers!

People that work here are awesome! I wanted something I saw on their Instagram, they contacted me very fast, and since I live in Maryland, they took my order over the phone, and the item was at my house in 2 days! Will definitely be placing more orders from them, Go Braves, Chop On!

The Braves Clubhouse Store has everything you need to show support for the Atlanta Braves. I found a discounted rack with older merchandise but wanted newer apparel and other items. They do have two sizes of Blooper plush dolls and picked up a small one. The quality of merchandise is top notch. Even though Truist Park does not allow any sort of bags except clutch or specialized ones for medical reasons the plastic bags they give you here for the items purchased are allowed inside the ballpark. No drinks are allowed in so chug before entering.

The staff was very nice & helpful! Stuff is expensive, but that's to be expected. The store is very organized and is a great thing to do before a Braves game starts! :)

This is a poorly run store at best. We went on the Friday before our Saturday same to get things to wear. They let us know that it was only open to ticketed customers during games. Thats fair. I asked when they would close for tickets customers the next day and I was informed 4 o’clock. We came the at 1 and it was already closed. This means since there is a no re-entry policy at the stadium, we couldn’t change and take our clothes back to the hotel. Frustrating.
After getting inside we were in chaos. Expected. We had seven people trying to by clothes so we were there quite a while. The e tire time we were there Nithin and Johnny stood at the back taking to each other and pointedly ignoring questions from customers, unless they were young females. I had to ask a question five times from 1 and a half feet a way to be ignored until I put my face within 8 inches of theirs. I was asking for help finding a dri-fit shirt and was summarily informed that if it wasn’t on the rack they were out. Why even pay people like this. They can hang out and ignore customers from home for free.

Very expensive and bad customer experience. Sold a shirt with holes in it. Unfortunately could not return because I could not find the tag and my receipt was not enough. Understand that rule but selling bad quality products at highly inflated prices is not good. Used to spend a lot of money here each season but not anymore.

Overpriced poor quality items and if you ever need help from customer service forget about it! Got overcharged for an item and I am responsible for driving all the way back to the store to get any kind of credit back. Awful!
