They did have what I needed it took forever to find it in the store they have no customer service on the floor whatsoever that is knowledgeable in what they're doing checking out was a nightmare just not a good experience. But they did have what I needed but hated going in there

I experienced exceptional customer attention. I had an issue with an electric bike I purchased there and George, who I believe may be store manager personally corrected the issue and had me on my way in no time. I'll def be back. Thanks
