Responding to the owner’s response, we paid $20 in cash because we seen that the cash price was $3.19 so there isn’t a bank statement. We also didn’t receive a receipt from the man that was working there.
Just left from here. I was suppose to get 5 cent off per gallon with my BP rewards loyalty account and the cashier cheated me out of them. The gas price was 3.19 and didn’t go down.

Counterfeit vapes. Don’t get your vapes here. They never charge and there’s misspellings on the actual vapes. Use the scan on the side of the box and came back counterfeit.

I’ve never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Cashier was so kind and felt bad they didn’t have what we were looking for. A man loudly arguing with himself in the corner (and the so called owner of the store) stormed up to me and my boyfriend, a few inches from my face and told us to stop moving our hands while we talked because it was threatening him. He rudely said to leave, never come back, and take our business somewhere else. Never going to BP ever again.

If there was a zero star option, I would have given this BP a zero! This station hires very rude, chauvinistic male employees. Whenever there is a problem, they always say, come back at 6am when the manager is here! If they DO happen to call the manager with your complaint, they talk to the manager in Hindi or Arabic or some other obviously NOT English language! They ALWAYS say that they cannot cash out scratcher lottery tickets that you have just purchased from the machine in their store! So they make the money from the sale of the lottery tix, but refuse to cash them out! Even a $10 or $20 payout, if they feel they won't have enough cash! This is ridiculous! Plus, their lottery vending machine is ALWAYS failing, by not giving you the ticket you paid for! If for some reason the ticket doesn't drop down, as happens very frequently at these types of lottery machines, you are out of luck until you come back to this BP at 6 or7 am, to discuss the matter with the manager! If for some reason your ticket fell down when someone came after you and bought the same kind of ticket, you just bought a total stranger, a possibly winning lottery ticket!! This is because unlike other lottery locations like QT, the cashier's are not trusted to have the key to the lottery machine! So they can't open it to retrieve your stuck ticket that you have paid for, and for which they will not refund!!! A terrible way of doing business!! **Notice on the attached picture of the lottery machine, the ticket that I bought is now showing 'ERROR' and every other ticket in the top row is blackened out. This is typically what happens when a ticket gets jammed or stuck, and the machine senses it. (The LCD/touch screen machines)

Very Friendly service, understanding, and treats you like really matter. So, I have EBT that can only be used in certain stores. So, when I got to the counter I bought a bunch of junk food, the store associate laughing says anything else, I reply whats so funny he says your purchase appears like you may have the munchies I said no I'm hungry, he strangely looks and says there's a McDonald's across the street, he wasn't aware that you cannot use EBT payments at those kinds of places and you can only buy certain things with EBT. After explaining how it works and what you can buy he offers me a morning sit down in the kitchen area and a warm welcome to a hot cup of coffee and a breakfast bagel. And I thought to myself, what kind of influence can have on someone if they only knew.And to be honest I'd rather buy from a higher prices store, knowing that I will get the positive interaction that may lead me into a great start to a Bueatiful Day.

Horrible. Every time I go to this store, they change the prices of items. For example, I went 2 days in a row, first day drink cost $2.49 and the very next day, it was $3.49. To hide the fact, they remove and switch tags. This has happened multiple times. Stay Away.
