I was in the area and needed gas. It was rush hour but hardly many people there so gas was expensive like it is everywhere so I just filled it up halfway and now I need gas again today..lol! I went inside since I paid in cash and got a drink and some chips. The cashier was nice enough..I felt safe..that's what matters most.

Kid tried to reach in my partially opened passenger window / locked door to steal my phone (as I stood on the opposite side pumping gas). I yelled and chased him off (he jumped in black Grand Jeep Cherokee with no plates) but couldn’t get pictures in time. I was more disgusted with lady that worked there that said that this has happened there multiple times. They have video but she let me know that the cops won’t be able to do much. I understand that part but, if I owned this place and it kept happening, I’d look into doing something more than basically shrugging it off.

Took my talents to QT up the street- I got iced coffee apparently in the wrong cup- as there was no sign put up explaining iced coffee needs to go in a hot cup. Everywhere I've been iced coffee goes in a clear cup as it isn't hot. But the lady overcharged me for the iced coffee and said I was suppose to put it in the hot cup. Clearly I didn't want overpriced coffee so I asked could I exchange it. She got an attitude and I decided to just leave. It's clear employees don't know that repeat business is how you make money- don't nickel and dime a customer simply because you think you're saving the company money- you just lost my repeat business and the product that you were suppose to sell is now in your trash.
