Pulled up, and observed a couple of pumps still have yellow bags; they were there a couple of days ago, but I didn't consider this a big deal because they had other pumps open. I went to a couple other pumps, and they said pay inside; instead, I went home. A couple other reviewers have the same complaints, and yet no response from management; I assume you don't give a damn how much of your customers' time you waste, so I will never visit any B.P. station again...

Always have to go inside to pay. Sometimes I pay for $20 and don’t get the full amount of gas. I hate having to walk into this gas station because I’m always harassed by people standing outside the door. Why is it like this?

Homeless people dominate this gas station. They break gas pump so that gasoline overwhelmed your car, and then they come to you, try to clean and ask for money. So smart but not right place

There was a full serve/self serve BP gas station at this location that was seriously run down and needed a lot of work. Instead of trying to update it, they decided to completely tear ot down and start over. That was a very wise decision because this gas station is ON POINT!! Before the changes there were only 2 gas pumps. Now there are 6 (or 8...I forgot that quickly)! Everything is nice and clean and it's a lot more spacious inside. There's even nice clean bathrooms inside. I couldn't be happier about the changes they made to that old, smelly, rundown excuse for a gas station they had before! Now.... if only they would do something about the, Auto Zone, Family Dollar, Church's Chicken, some of those other rundown businesses, and that broken sidewalk in that area, THEN that whole neighborhood would be a lot better!
