Came here on September 4th to put air in my tire one of the machines said put of service so I used the other pump. I put my money into the machine and tried to pump air but this one wasn’t working either. So I went inside to inform the cashiet and she said to call the number on the machine. I asked can I just get my money back and she said no. I asked if they were going to at least put a sign up to prevent other people from being cheated and she said no again. So I feel like this gas station is purposefully steal money from customers using the broken air pump.

Vacuum machine took my money. Politely told the cashier, she responded by yelling at me in what little English she speaks. Terrible service!

Just this morning, I purchased gas at this station. I used pump 3 and paid $15 for premium gas. It came out to be 3 gallons. However, upon leaving the station, I noticed my gas meter never moved. Assuming maybe it was my car, I did lap to see if it would budge and it did not. I then turned my car completely off to restart it; there was no movement. I went in and told the cashier, who was unable to locate the manager. I left to attend to errands. There’s a Kroger down the street so I got gas there and all was well. I came back to the station after my errands and spoke with the manager who was unable to refund me or accommodate me in anyway for the gas issue. I told him that at Kroger, I had no issues and paid full price for the 11gallons that my tank holds. If I had truly gotten gas at BP, I would’ve only paid for 8 gallons at Kroger. He responded that no one else had complained and that the receipt says I got gas so I got gas.If you need gas, go the Kroger right behind this gas station. It’s cheaper, they’re more professional, and you won’t get stiffed out of your money if things go wrong. I will not come back to this gas station.

Dont come here. Pump wont take your card, no ATM. Rude service. Go further up 20 for gas or ATM at Moreland.

Horrible customer service! If you need to use a restroom, this definitely is not the place to go!!! They will lie to you and tell you the restroom is broken, but where do they go???

I walk in because I got to take a leak and maybe I’ll get some gas only to have a guy tell me go look at the door on the restroom and it says sorry not working and he says Yep somebody stopped it up, this is the guy that works here.

Terrible customer service. The lady barely spoke English and didnt know how to operate the cash register. First I got overcharged and then BOTH machines were broken and couldn't swipe cards. What kind of garbage? It's a pandemic u need the card readers to b working!
