I went to get gas at BP off Campbellton Rd... As I walked to the register for purchase I asked the clerk "Sonja" what pump number was on the other side of pump 3... Which I was at but couldn't see the number for sure... Sonja had an attitude with me and told me that there wasn't a number on the other side of 3... So I go to check again... I was at pump 4... I went back inside to finish my payment for the gas... When I walked back in the store... Sonja was trying to tell me how I need to know my numbers... She even came out the store talk crazy from the door as if she could do something to me, while I was pumping gas...

The lady with the short hair cut that works mornings is very rude. If you are going to work with paying customers you should definitely be nicer. Replace her!

Who ever the chic is working at 10:30 am is super rude and closed the store at 10:35 am 5 cars pulled and and left. I knocked on the door and as I was walking back to my truck she knocked on the door back at me and said rudly thru the glass and said the store was closed ?She needs to be fired she is costing yal moneyIt's $110 to fill my truck but I left bc I was paying cash.

Ali is rude. This is the worst business on cambellton rd. Take your money where you appreciated. We as black folks get treated horrible by the people who come here and take their money back to their neighborhood.

Went to get gas before heading to work & taking my children to school. My tank had just above 1/2 left and it's no more than 15 gallons for a mid-size sedan (Camry). Before realizing something was wrong when the pump kept going, it was overflowing my tank. There was about 3 gallons of wasted gasoline surrounding my car. I went to inform the clerk & he asked which pump (#12). Instead of trying to see what I was complaining/informing him about, he handed me a receipt. Obviously, this is a scam and they are aware of the rigged pump. I refuse to pay $30 for 11 gallons of gas when I only needed 7 or 8. Luckily I had a witness of the pump ordeal & inside the "food mart". This gentleman instructed me to take a picture. Whatever you do...DO NOT PATRON THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

This was my favorite gas station because of the gas quality. I'm not sure if someone else took over the store a year or 2 ago but the customer service was starting to improve for a while. However this weekend I found out the hard way that this is a well known thieving spot. Someone boldly got into my car and stole my purse while I was pumping gas. I even chased them with a lot full of people there. But of course, no one cared enough to help. The station itself has poor visibility and the cameras are not fully active on one side. They also only recently got good lighting for the night time. Since it's so close to the interstate the thieves can steal your car or purse and hop right on the highway. A police officer told me this was happening once a month at one point and that this was prime location for something like this. The biggest concern in addition to the poor surveillance was the lack of empathy, and response from the gas station itself. They hesitated to let me use the phone and when I did it didn't work, I was not offered an apology, a water or any type of pleasantries, and they barely cooperated when asked about the surveillance. Just know , if you come here make sure you do not come alone and if you absolutely must, please exercise your god given and legal right to defend yourself and come physically prepared.
