I went last Thursday 9/27/24 30 minutes before closing and Bianca was so nice and helpful. She brought me out the matching wallet to the handbag I bought without me having to ask her for it. So happy I was able to make it before closing and got the items I was looking for. Thank you again Bianca!!

BoxLunch provided a pleasant shopping experience with helpful staff; however, the store could improve its selection, particularly in the Pokemon and other brand categories.

Love shopping here! This store feeds my hyperfixations- for any niche anime or tv interests- they have the best fashionable merchandise. The staff, especially Felicity, are friendly and so helpful! Thank you all so much!

Staff is always friendly they were helpful with prices and getting things down from high shelves. It's a nerdy kind of store and the folks who work at this one are perfect for it. It was also refreshing to see coworkers who get along well. They have some stuff that is harder to get elsewhere. A lot of Miyazaki animated swag. If you like My Neighbor Totoro, you will find swag here.
