Do not rent from these people. They refuse to do even the basics. Before COVID 19 we were allowed to move into a larger suite. During COVID they refused to allow us to downsize into a smaller suite. They refused multiple times to replace the 20 year old carpet in the suite opting to clean it instead. Once dry, you could still see the stans. Not a good look for a professional business. To make matters worse the least was a trick that they use with esign. Pay close attention as they trick you with CPI and raise your monthly payments by a $1000 a month. Plus, it's very difficult to determine the square footage of your suite. They don't list it in the tricky esign. We gave a notice in August that we would not be renewing the lease after five long terrible years at the building. The lease was up on October 1st. Today is December 11th and they have yet to return our deposit. Giving us the run around after having more than 4 months notice. Please don't rent from this company unless you like being abused and unappreciated. Lastly I will say that I tried to go back and correct the typos but for whatever reason it doesn't allow me to. Stay away from this company. Boxer

I rented this space via, peer space a legitimate rental site. I have been renting the common areas and conference rooms since September of 2023. However, on October 9th 2023 a security guard harassed me and the rest of my crew and told us it was against policy to film, even though online it is listed as a filming site. I tried reaching out to the building manger ( which took over an hour) due to the security guard stating he contacted the manager, yet refused to let us use his phone to speak to her. After getting in contact with her, she claimed we were scammed and said there was no tenant with that info, but she would still allow us to film as long as we stayed out the hall. Soon after security came into the conference room and said we couldn't film. At this point I was able to provide the suite and business of the tenant and the tenant informed me that filming is common in that space and security was just bothering us for no reason. Nonetheless, my crew and I packed up our items despite paying hundreds of dollars to work there that day and previous days. Boxer company claims that this isn't something they do but they are listed as partners on the tenants company site. Boxer properties should be held accountable because it is not the consumer's fault they do are not in proper communication with the tenants they lease to. if they do not want filming on their site take down the listing so other people do not book the space. There was no customer support or understanding on their end, I was treated like a criminal when I was the one robbed.

What a great maintenance team at the 1995 North Park Place. Jose and Luis are always available and have all the tools that is needed to do the job.

The property Manager, Timothy is the most unprofessional person that you’ll ever interact with. He will not hear your complaints, but will laugh in your face. Several people have been trapped in the Elevators in the building. The Elevators work when they want to, and often times do not. The place is never clean, and it is very unsafe getting into your car at night due to there being no security on the property. Future renters beware. I would NOT rent from this place if you’re trying to run a legitimate, upscale, business.

We have rented office space from Boxer for over 4 years and had nothing but problems. The appearance of the office space is very nice BUT NEVER RENT OFFICE SPACE FROM BOXER. We have been involved in a lawsuit with the Boxer Property for over 2 years (2018-2020) regarding the conditions in our suite. They are in denial that there is a problem even though we have over hundreds of thousands of temperature measurements over the last 2 years proving there is a problem. The temperature range in the summer is usually 78-85°F and when it is cold outside it will be between 60-68 degrees. So, if you like temperature extremes in your office, rent the suite. Otherwise never rent from Boxer.

Building is professional and well kept. Cleaning staff is friendly and attentive. Management is quick to respond (Ken Porto is great!) and helpful. Parking is easy to access and always available. 24/7 access is convenient and security guard is provided for during late work hours.

Management at this location is highly attentive and go above and beyond to meet the tenant's needs. This property is elegantly furnished, well maintained, secure and conveniently located with access to I-75N & 75S. If you are looking for a commercial space to rent/lease, take a look at this location. It will not disappoint!

Our company is new to the building but so far I have personally found the staff to be EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and accommodating. I have also interacted with some of the other tenants in the building and they are welcoming as well. This location is an extreme upgrade from our former space!

My experience as a tenant of boxer property has been awesome. From the day i walked in and met the very polite and professional leasing specialist Sean to when i moved in as a tenant in january of 2015. The property manager Ken Porto is always accessible and willing to answer all your questions and resolve any problems you may have as a tenant. Also, the maintainance staff are simply very professional, polite and wonderful. The building condition is excellent; very very clean and the entire atmosphere is good for business and i will continue to recommend my friends who need office space to this property
