Just went to the Premiere beauty show in San Antonio, Bovanti was suppose to be in attendance doing a microblading class. Well I paid $599 for the class and Bovanti bailed out of the show last minute. I was upset to say the very least. I spoke to the VP of Premiere and informed her she needs to do better vetting of vendors and "educators" to say the very least. Would not recommend Bovanti for anything seeing how unprofessional they are to not even show up to committed engagements.

I was at the Essence Jazz festival 2023 and was approached by a Bovanti Rep. near their pop-up area. She asked if I was interested in a makeover. I responded that I don't wear make-up at all. She kept promoting the make-up line and said and I quote "Just try it, you'll like it". I said Ok. After she finished applying the make-up, I told her I would tip her and at least buy a few lipsticks to support her. That's when things went bad. She said, oh its $79 for the make-up I put on you. There were no signs ANYWHERE that said there was a fee, and NO ONE said it was before she finished applying the make-up. I live in Atlanta, and I know by going with friends, you can get make-up applied for free in stores and then they up sale. If it was $25 or so, I would've been upset because I was misled but $79 for someone who WEARS NO MAKE-UP? and I told her that several times. I know several people who purchase from them but after I told them what happened they're not buying from them anymore. I left a message about my experience and haven't heard a thing from anyone. If I had, I would not have written this review. I would never recommend them based on their unethical practices.

The service was wonderful! They took extra time to color match me. I sent a separate package to my daughter and it came on time and in such a beautiful box!

I bought and use BOVANTI matte lipstick, it stays on ALL DAY. Love it, purchased in Memphis, TN from a black owned boutique.

I ordered from them online 27 days ago, my credit card was charged, and I still haven't received the product. There isn't an operable email address and I haven't been successful getting someone on the phone. This is very disappointing because I love supporting black owned businesses. However, this is poor business.

Very poor customer service. I called in an order for two honey bronze press powders. My account was charged for the items but three months later I never received the items despite numerous phone conversations with the owner and associate who assured me they would mail it out. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.

I will never go back to bovanti due to the sales lady who was ignorant and said that red lipstick do not look good on dark skinned people. Then she mentioned she was part owner i will never go to a company that ask for black people money but say ignorant statements like that.

Quality products made special for all skin types and especially beautiful melanin tones. I bought this makeup 2 years ago and it did not disappoint. Today I was in Atlanta and bought some new products. It was not a convenient location from my hotel but it was worth the trip. The owner is extremely customer service driven and she knows help create the perfect look and finish that is natural and makes a statement!

I've been a Bovanti Cosmetic customer since 1997. I can say that from customer service to the products themselves are beyond WONDERFUL.The products are long lasting daily wears and I absolutely love it. I've followed them in multiple locations to online shopping. I'm one to refer the product and service to anyone one that is into beautifying. Everywhere I go people are always (very) complimentary to my facial makeup. It makes me feel so good and I'm always proud to say I WEAR BOVANTI COSMETICS.

I love the products they have. I dislike the customer service. I dislike the online shipping time. It took me one month to get my order. I order by phone also. It took 5 weeks.I am not happy with your service anymore.
