The biggest issue is the dishonest way the team at this BV goes about enforcing the return policy. At purchase they will tell you you can return it within 14 days. However, when you try to return the item, it becomes a 'you can exchange it for something of equal or greater value game' because they conveniently don't have store credits. This is despite the website saying store credit is an option.When I called and finally spoke with the Store Director, (after three attempts) I could tell he was NOT having a good morning. He was contentious and wanted to talk over to me as opposed to listen to my concerns and experience. When I asked about the discrepancy between the company and store policies, he stuttered and agreed to give me a store credit, despite not offering my Husband a store credit the day before. (Mind you, the return policy is not anywhere at the point of sale.)My suggestion: DONT SHOP HERE. The online store or luxury department stores carry the same thing with consistent policies and better leadership.BV at Phipps can kick rocks.

Jahleel and the other guy who are there now are amazing to work with. Efficient and friendly customer service without being stuffy. They know their product well and make amazing recommendations. They were very helpful when my friend and I wanted to see a variety of bags and shoes. They have an "at your service" type of attitude that made us feel happy about shopping there. They were not pushy either. Once I decided what I wanted, Jahleel ordered the items for me and they were delivered to my home very quickly. I love this store and hope that it will continue to be amazing going forward because I absolutely love the quality and craftsmanship of Bottega products.

This buisness believes they control anyone who can see their buisness from a public sidewalk. I like this store. A lot. Joyce was amazing and made my transaction quick. However, packaging needs to improve. Part of the luxury shopping experience is being able to enjoy the unwrapping of the product. The Atlanta team should pay attention to how the Miami team does it!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I spoke with a "Joyce" who is a manager and I requested that I got a gift box or shopping bag. Instead of her just providing me the gift box or shopping bag she was very rude/nasty/disrespectful telling me that I did not stop with her direct store so I couldnt get a gift box or bottega bag to wrap my BOTTEGA item in. That doesnt make any sense.

Love the brand Bottega Veneta but absolutely hate the store experience and lack of good customer service. Of all the places you can buy their product, the worst place you can get it from is their actual store. I would walk right next door to Saks and purchase there or order online somewhere before I would step foot in this store again. Like one reviewer shared, they have an awful return policy even when they are the ones to mess up your order. I bought a bag and pair of shoes from this store and once they arrived I decided I want to exchange the shoes for a different size. I was first asked to keep my item on me and they would order my size and when it arrived I could come back up there for the exchange....what?! Why would I drive all the way to the mall only to go home with the shoes I brought to return. I'll tell you why, it was because they didn't want to do my return the last week in December they wanted to realize the cash flow during the busy holiday weekend. I told them I didn't want to take the shoe home that didn't make sense to me so they said I could leave them there. When I called back a few days later they still had not placed the order for my replacement shoe. So now, I'm out of the money I paid for the item and don't have the new or old item in hand. The associate waited to place the order for my exchange after the new year so the store could recognize December revenue and I waited weeks for my items. I called several times to speak to the manager Carmen and even texted her mobile number. Every time I called she was conveniently not there and the SAs claimed to take my number down for her to call me back. Needless to say she never returned the many calls and ignored my text. I was never even notified when my item finally arrived. With this kind of customer service and retail competition, I don't believe this store will last long here. I know I for sure won't never be giving them a sale again. A manager that doesn't care about her customer's needs and concerns doesn't deserve my business.

I went to cancel my reservation right the next day and they just refused to refund my deposit even though the item didn't arrive yet. No one tells you about their no-return policy in advance.

I purchased the chain cassette bag from Bottega Venetta Phipps Plaza on April 11, 2021. I elected to ship the bag to my home in NC to save on taxes. The bag arrived two days later packaged in only a dust bag. No tissue paper to protect the beautiful gold chain. Clearly, I received the store display everyone has touched and the sales associate threw on the counter during the transaction. After an email and three calls to client services, I was told the store has contacted me which is not true and it is standard practice to ship merchandise in just the dust bag. I called the store today and Carmen, the story manager, is conveniently not available. I’m so unhappy and I want a brand new bag! I will never shop with Bottega Venetta as they don’t value their merchandise or customers.

Nice and quiet place with great service. The sale representative is very patient and polite. And she is very familiar with the products and informative on the details. Her assistance and attitude give me the impression that this is definitely a High-end leather goods store. While in other similar famous brand like Louis Vuitton, they just do everything in a rush. At BV store, I feel more comfortable.

Product is great ,that’s undeniable. As for customer service which is integral part of shopping experience. At least for me to have a complete experience of the purchase has to be a person behind the product. Walking to Bottega Veneta store at Buckhead I was warmly welcomed by Kiarra Blackwell. Very friendly asked questions by her let me find what I was looking for. She was very natural throughout all the time I was there, carrying a good conversation.
