FREE BOOST UPGRADES AT 4166 BUFORD HIGHWAY until MAY 2022. Ask FOR STEVE he is owner. That location actually answers the phone, is knowledgeable about Boost products. They won't try to charge the $35 activation fee that BOOST Mobile askedots retailers not to. The 3332 location has a girl sitting gbehind the desk on FaceTime who shrugs and says "I don't know" as her form of customer service. Don't spend money in this location for to 4166 BUFORD HWY instead!!!!!!!

This was the WORST experience ever!!! The representative did not want to assist us at all! It appeared as though she put more effort in accommodating the Spanish speaking customers over us (African Americans)!! She contradicted herself throughout our visit when we asked many questions. I am so disappointed in this company…. I will be going to T-Mobil tomorrow!!! I am recommending to my friend and family to leave Boost immediately!?

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE 100 STARS I WOULD!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! First off, when we first arrived no one was present at the kiosk for about 5 minutes. After the young lady arrived, I informed her that we (my mother and I) were there to replace a phone on an existing account. FLAG # 1: Prices were only present on the normally high priced phones(I-Phones and Samsung Galaxy), but the low priced phones had no prices listed below them. When I asked her, she said because we did not have a print out. So the lady told me that the phone a Motorola phone together was $100 over the price in which I had seen online. Then I stated I would look online for the price. FLAG # 2: When I showed her the price, she stated that it was just an online price. Which if it were then it would have said that online. Apparently, she thought that I was incompetent. Then when my sister circled back around, I told my sister that she was attempting to rip us off and that we should go somewhere else. FLAG #3: The lady said, "Oh, well if you feel like I am ripping you off you can go somewhere else." Which we did, we left and went to a Boost Mobile store down the street where we found out that if we had bought the phone from the first store then she would have ripped us off for $100. We were able to receive the phone, installation fee, phone cover, and screen protector for $80 less than what the lady at the first store price us. MORAL OF THE STORY ONLY GO HERE IF YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED AND DISRESPECTED!!

The young lady who was working at the front desk, Fernanda was so polite and kind to me. She went out of her way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. She is also very knowledgeable and cares about her customers. I would highly recommend this business because of the exceptional service that she provided me.

Lazy unfriendly Bee at the counter. They seem to be rude to a certain group of people unless you speak Spanish. That same attitude is up and down Buford Hwy.

My phone broke and they wouldn't let me buy a new one because they close in 10 mins. But I'm in your store already... Doors should've been lock 10mins prior. Unacceptable. They will never get my money.

Today I went to purchase a new phone on to my account and the lady (I forgot her name lol) was very very sweet and helpful she was soooo patient with me while I was trying gather all my information to Add a new line she was so nice that I will definitely take that 40 minute drive all the time just to do business here. Great customer service everyone go see her she has great deals here!!!!!
