Good customer service. Yes it's in the hood so if you are big on safety or afraid on some less fortunate that hang around on the streets all day visit another location.

Customer service Representative named CHRIS WAS EXTRA HORRIBLE!!Charged my husband for an Low Income Internet(ACP) that was SUPPOSED to be FREE!!HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!BAD REPRESENTATIVE FOR BOOST MOBILE!!

I brought some headphones today but when I got home and tried them they weren't working so I called back and the asian dude who's currently working there at ,4pm-close on June 16th 2022 and 94° celsius who had just sold a Wifi box to two men heights 5'5 and 6'2 and told them to called 1-800-755-Home to set it up, had hung up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional.

So Today i went to get a re-boost card for my phone. The cashier was rude and the place was smelling like marijuana. Also they told me that he could not help me once i paid my bill and my phone still was not working and it was not showing up that i had paid. I recently just moved to the area and its the closet to my home, but i really feel like i got scammed.

This was a horrible experience.Had purchased several phones from this location previously without issues. But this last time, the phone was locked and could not be unlocked, customer service was a joke and the "owner" was unprofessional and did not want to return the full amount of the purchase after i already overpaid for the device. He only want to give me a partial refund something about a restock fee. BS!! Do not PURCHASE ANYTHING from these CROOKS!! If i could give less than "1" it would be a negative # for sure.
