I got a phone from them and was told I can’t do a refund because ain’t nothing wrong with the phone but the picture it says I have 30 days to return for a full refund I was thinking of getting me a lawyer about this plus the lady was rude little short one and also was charged 276 saying I’m gettin a deal and online it says 259

I didn’t like that I got a free phone but had to pay for everything else and my total came to $122. They asked me did I want auto pay I said no and they added to my account not knowing I had already did my online account and said no. Oh and the 16e is $49.00 but after you spend everything you will be paying almost $200

Don't recommend they just want your money I bought a phone from them wanted to change services but because I ain't been with them for a year they said I have to pay till December. So they do everything in their power to get everything they can out of u and get u to stay. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TMOBILE/METRO

I went to the store wanting the $25 plan. The total cost was going to be $69 which would include $25 for the SIM card and extra charges. When I protested paying $25 for the SIM card I was told that if I went online it would also cost $25. Well I did contact customer service and was told that I shouldn't pay any more than $10 for a SIM card and that if you went through them online it would be free. So very unhappy with my service at the store. I really felt like I was getting ripped off. I would not recommend it
